Vallby Friluftsmuseums museichef Katarina Frost gav oss i uppgift att göra en informationskarta till museets entré eftersom deras ursprungliga informationsmaterial enligt henne är inaktuellt och icke funktionellt.De ville också att vi skulle ta fram skissförslag på hur informationsskyltar inom området skulle kunna se ut. Vi utvärderade museets ursprungliga informationsmaterial med hjälp av en enkätundersökning som visade att det är långt ifrån fungerande.Efter att vi hade producerat den nya informationskartan gjorde vi ytterligare en enkätundersökning och resultatet blev att utprovningspersonerna kunde navigera betydligt bättre inom museiområdet. Vi gjorde även skissförslag på informationsskyltarna. Samtliga informationsskyltar skulle tillsammans kunna bilda en väl fungerande skyltning som skulle resultera i att museets besökareskulle kunna utnyttja museet ytterligare. Detta skulle förmodligen innebära att museets besökare upplevde att ett större utbud finns att tillgå och därmed ge större kunskap..

Frågan kommer att utvärderas utifrån variablerna; ekonomi, livscykel, fastighet och område.

Med uppsatsen försöker jag belysa den komplexa värld som ett så kallat Friluftsmuseum ofta existerar i. Genom att stycka upp det innehåll en vikingatida rekonstruktion rymmer (förmedling, ekonomi, nationell identitet samt nutidsprägel på historisk empiri) och genom nutida exempel på var och ett område försöka med egna invävda frågeställningar diskutera de problem som kan uppstå i försöket att rekonstruera forntiden..

In Örebro, the car traffic share does not tend to decrease. The crowdedness on some of the bus routes is high at times. Investigations show that the residents of Örebro want a city centre whose street environment is more restrictive of car traffic and better for pedestrians, cyclists and public transport. To decrease the car traffic share a rapid, convenient, clear, effective and environmental friendly public transport with high frequency and strong capacity in a short, direct and logical network is needed. A modern tramway fulfils these criteria.At first, this report describes factors that are important to take into consideration when planning a tramway.

The open air museum of Disagården is situated in the Old Uppsala parish, Uppsala municipality, are projected to portray a double row village, before the land enclosure, on the Uppsala plain during the 1860s and 1870s. Disagården operates under the County Museum of Uppland and serves as an exhibit of Uppland's farming culture during the late 19th century. However, an open-air museum is a complex institution where many interests are linked together. Disagården aims to simultaneously portray an historical environment while offering broad public appeal. The Disagården open air museum was inaugurated in 1931 and consists of relocated buildings that together form three farm complexes "Gränbygården", "Skuttungegården" and "Bärbygården". The thesis explores how the close surroundings of a typical farm in Uppland looked during the 1860s and 1870s. This historical depiction has then been applied to Disagården in a development suggestion creating a foundation from which Disagården can structure the close cultivation of the different farms. The basis of the development program has primarily been compiled through archival and literary studies but also through on-site visits and interviews. How did the concept of open air museums start and what were the ideas behind the concept? Which external influences affected the situating of cultivations and buildings? Which crops and species were present on the farms in Uppland during the specified time period? What was the relation of the different structures to each other? Which organizations had influences on the farmer's household of the Uppland plain? The thesis attempts to clarify the answers to these questions. The influences affecting on the farmer's household in Uppland were probably numerous.

SAMMANFATTNING Mitt examensarbete utgör ett led i Nordiska Genbankens (NGB) uppgift att skapa en nordisk s.k. ?core collection? av rabarber, Rheum rhabarbarum L. Samlingar finns även i våra nordiska grannländer Norge, Finland, Danmark och Island. I Sverige har ett insamlingsarbete av rabarber pågått under åren 2002 och 2003 för att komplettera en äldre samling.
